I love the sushi here so much!!!

Not sure what the issue was for other people. the price was good, the sushi was great, service was good enough (no issues, guy explained what their dinner box had)

The sushi was very good. I really enjoyed the taste of mushy rice and warm sashimi. I also like how I saw one employee drop food and place it in my sushi! Overall, a very enriching experience and meal. I didn't realize how different our cultures were! It was really eye-opening to see what traditional Japanese dining was like!

Loved their food. Got a bunch of different items and all were excellent. The spicy ahi wasj just delicious.

Rice was very dry and cold

This place should advertise as a BYOT - "bring your own tuna" - the sushi was almost all rice only trace amounts of tuna were visible and/or palatable. Maybe we were treated this way because we are out-of-towners - people that were not likely to return. ... To that I would say that we came to this place on our prior visits to Oahu and on the first day of this trip we made it a point to come back to have some great sushi. I noticed a 2011 trip advisor badge on the door... the food at this place is no longer what it used to be. We were looking forward to return at least every other day on our vacation... no more. Paying customers for the last time on 9/25/16 around 4pm.

Very good take out sushi! There's plenty of seats directly outside, they're friendly, and the food is delicious! I got the Dragon Roll and my girlfriend got the California roll; both delicious!

Store dirty and very outdated and nori was not crispy..

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a dragon bowl (shrimp tempura, spicy ahi), salmon nigiri, and spicy ahi nigiri. I paid about $25. My tempura was soggy, and there was about 8 small cubes of ahi (about a nickel size each) hidden under the tempura. The salmon was the thickness of about 10 sheets of folder paper. The spicy ahi was drowned in sauce, and similar thickness to the salmon. If I didn't live so far away, I'd go back to demand a refund. THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED. All fakap.

Wonderful sushi.Yes, they are slow.But their sushi always comes out fresh and flavorful.

Good for a quick bite. Salmon hand roll. Smoked salmon but beware of the mayonnaise!

Preparer missed an item. Sushi was dry and not very fresh. Place needs a remodel and a good scrub. Friendly staff.

Excellent sushi! Just came back from a business trip in Japan, this took care of my craving.

My unagi handroll was not even a full actual unagi but half of one, sliced extremh thin so that it covered some of the inside rice. But really was a complete sham. They should have told me they were out of unagi instead of.making me that trash

Worst sushi place ever. The tiniest and most expensive handroll of the universe. I asked for an Ahi roll for my kid and they gave me a roll with nothing else in it other than a spicy sauce and about 1 tea spoon of rice roll in a sheet of seaweed. if there was a way to take the 1 star I will.

Customer service isn't fantastic. We asked for extra wasabi and lady at the counter said they dont offer extra wasabi - even if we paid extra. 👎

Cashier handles money, then uses "reused" gloves from her apron front pocket, to make an order..No, No, use new gloves, and maybe wash your hands???

Both sushi and its price are legit.

Local to go sushi rolls and nigiri. Call 10 minutes ahead to have it ready, then go eat at a beach nearby- no tables inside the restaurant.

Kozmo has had excellent sushi for years and continues to do so. They stay fresh with new sushi concoctions and poke bowl items. The shop is small but there are tables to eat outside. It's great to stop by on the way to the beach or on the way home. Super fantastic sushi. Super fantastic price. And you can stop by and get malasada while you're at it at the truck outside. ;)

So-so sushi and super slow service. Location is super convenient for those who live in Hawaii Kai, but doubt I'll be going back.

Sushi should not take this long to make. Awful manners and service too.
